At Hennah Haywood Law we can offer criminal law assistance across all court systems in England & wales, however all our services are based on a private instruction basis. We do not contract with the Legal Aid Board and we limit the amount of work that we take so that we are able to provide a thorough service to our clients at a time when they need high levels of help.

We have dealt with cases in all domestic tribunals in the United Kingdom from the Magistrates Court right through to the House of Lords and our specialist team have considerable experience in dealing with matters before the Magistrates court right through to complex serious crime in the Higher Courts
