We had a very positive experience with Hennah Haywood Law during the purchase of our home. Rachel, Alice, Sophie, and Jessica were all helpful, professional, and approachable throughout the process. There were some delays involving our lender, but the team continued to chase for updates and kept us informed as matters progressed. I’ve now completed my sixth property transaction with Hennah Haywood Law, covering my family home, office, commercial purchases and now rental investments, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every single time the service has been consistently exceptional. It genuinely feels like VIP, personal treatment where they cannot do enough to get deals done exactly how you want them. Just as importantly, you feel protected throughout, which is critical when you’re moving at pace and making big decisions. I can’t thank this amazing company of lovely people enough, but specifically this time Najmin. This time Najmin handled the transaction and went all out. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and their software gives full transparency with regular updates so you’re never left chasing.
