How We Can Help

Independent Legal Advice is becoming an increasingly important service, particularly as lenders seek additional assurances to ensure that borrowers are in a position to repay their investment and avoid having to impose the final sanction of repossession.

Our most commonly used services include providing guarantors for mortgages with said advice, be it under such circumstances that you're a joint mortgage/sole proprietor or a company director offering a guarantee for a limited company.

Hennah Haywood Law offer a comprehensive service that is often dispensed same day if possible, dependent on client availability and notwithstanding the need to be able to fulfil obligations regarding the requirement to provide us with the necessary information to dispense such specialist advice.

We use the platform Zoom in order to arrange the conference with our clients and do so to suit the clients needs. Advice is available between the hours of 9am to 9pm Monday through Saturday.

Our team of conveyancers are experienced in both residential and commercial conveyancing matters and are able to deal with a wide range of transactions from freehold to leasehold, and from staircasing to transfers of equity.
