I’ve just bought a house – do I need a Will?

Buying a house is often one of the most expensive assets you will ever own. Accordingly, there are strict legal and financial measures governing them. It may be a requirement of your mortgage (or your building contract if you have purchased a new build) to have a Will in place to govern what happens to the property in the event that you pass away. Not only would you be leaving a large legal task behind for your family to deal with but also legal disputes for them to deal with after your death.
